What type(s) of pools and spas do you build?

We only build the best gunite (a type of concrete shot out of a nozzle reinforced with steel rebar) in-ground pools and spas in Utah. In our 50+ years of business we’ve tried other, less durable, types of pools and have never liked the results enough to sell them or to place our good name and reputation behind them.
How do I go about getting my new pool built?

Our sales manager Jeff Robinson would love to set up an appointment at your home to discuss ideas and plans for your backyard escape. I just moved into a new home and I don’t know how to take care of my pool/spa; what do I do!?

First, don’t worry! Taking care of a new pool or spa isn’t extremely hard, it’s just new to you and you will be just fine. We can teach you how and to do so you have a couple of options: 1) Arrange an appointment at your home for one of our service technicians to teach you all you ever wanted to know (and then some) about pool/spa maintenance. 2) You can come into our showroom and we can walk you through general pool/spa maintenance using our showroom pool and spa as demos. 3) Call or click. While it really helps a new pool or spa owner to receive instruction and information from us face-to-face we can answer most of your general questions via a phone call 801.277.8700 or an email to Paul Nash at pnash@dolphin-pools.com.
I’ve decided that I don’t want to take care of my pool/spa; what can I do?

We offer routine maintenance so you can rest assured that when you let our maintenance department take care of your pool the only thing you will be doing with the pool is enjoying it! What brand of spas do you carry?

We have been selling portable fiberglass and acrylic spas since 1988 and have carried several lines of spas. Not content with what was available on the market a Dolphin Pools family member – David Ludlow – designed, developed and patented his own line of spas. The Bullfrog line of spas came to life right here in Salt Lake City, Utah and were formally debuted in 1998 in New Orleans at the NSPI show. Bullfrog Spas are built here in the Utah and are now shipped all over the world. We here at Dolphin are considered a “Factory Outlet” store and would love to show you how Bullfrog Spas set themselves apart from the all the rest! Do you service all brands of pool and spas?

We service all brands of portable fiberglass and acrylic spas and in-ground, gunite pools.
Are your technicians trained?

Of course, on average one of our technicians has over 10 years of swimming pool and spa experience. We’ve been around a long time and we know how to fix pools built decades in the past and how to program the latest and greatest in swimming pool automation equipment. We’re always up-to-date on the most innovative pool equipment and water purification systems.
